1. Scope of the Service
Vendraiva provides an e-commerce platform allowing merchants to design, host and operate online storefronts, catalog products, and accept digital payments through connected payment providers.
2. SaaS Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscription plans (Pro at €19.90/month and Business at €49.90/month excl. VAT) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe Billing. Subscribers can cancel at any time through their merchant dashboard or Stripe Billing portal with effect at the end of the current period. Applicable VAT is collected based on customer location and verified tax status.
3. Merchant Responsibilities & Stripe Connect
Each merchant operates as an independent seller and remains solely responsible for product compliance, pricing, order fulfillment, shipping policies, customer service, and statutory legal disclosures on their own storefront. Payment processing is governed by the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
